How to sign up....
1). Online Form (LIVE) - Completed by Parents/Guardians
2). Release of Liability and Indemnification Statement Form - Completed & Signed by Parents/Guardians (accepted after online form completed)
3). No Pass No Play will be in effect. (acknowledgement will be in online form)
4). Rules and Discipline Plan will be in effect. (acknowledgement will be in online form)

When - Mondays and Wednesdays (Basketball) Tuesdays and Thursdays (Volleyball)
Time - 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
